Rams Horn
Village is located at the main entrance of Rocky Mountain
National Park on over seven acres of landscaped grounds. The
resort is bounded on two sides by National Park land. It is
perfectly situated to offer the very best access to the scenic
wonders of Rocky Mountain National Park and the shops, galleries
and restaurants of Estes Park. Hiking, horseback riding,
whitewater rafting, snowshoeing, down hill and cross-country
skiing are all easily accessible. As the major gateway town to
Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park is Colorado’s most
visited vacation destination, hosting over 3 million vacationers
each year. Many are repeat visitors, some families visiting
annually, often for generations.
Rocky Mountain
National Park is comprised of 265,770 spectacular
acres of pristine Colorado Wilderness that offers a wide variety
of activities for all ages and fitness levels.
The park contains 359 miles of trails, 150 lakes, and 450 miles
of streams. There are over 60 named peaks higher than
12,000 feet, and over one fourth of the park is above
tree line.
The highest point of the park is Longs Peak which rises to
14,259 feet. A must see is Trail Ridge Road, the highest
continuous highway in the United States which
traverses
Rocky
Mountain National Park from
Estes
Park in the east to
Grand
Lake in the west crossing the
Continental Divide.
Created in 1915
and officially designated as Wilderness in 2009, Rocky Mountain
National Park will now remain unchanged for all time. The
trails we hike today are the same our grandparent’s parents
hiked 100 years ago and will be the same experience for our
grandchildren’s grandchildren. Very few places on Earth can
offer the opportunity to walk in the footsteps of both our past
and future, as does Estes Park.
Rams Horn
Village fractional ownership provides our 700 owner families
with the opportunity to share the experience of this magnificent
area for generations to come. At the same time, through
fractional ownership, Rams Horn Village owners have minimized
their footprint here through shared ownership of their vacation
homes.
